Brokering Art, Jewelry & Silver
If you are not in need of the full estate sale experience, but have art, jewelry, and/or silver you wish to sell, please call us! Our showroom in Marble Cliff is the perfect outlet to sell your small valuables and important artwork. Our in-house appraisers have experience determining the value of all levels of art, estate and costume jewelry, and sterling silver. Commission rates are competitive and scalable.
On a limited basis, we also accept consignments of vehicles, antiques, high-end furniture, coins, collectibles, fine tableware, lighting, designer fashions, handmade rugs, Mid Century Modern, important books/ ephemera, and unique home decor. Clients are encouraged to email pictures of items they wish to sell.

If for any reason, having a sale in your home isn't possible, we can move your sale off-site to our showroom in Marble Cliff. The showroom is designed for clients who are in gated communities, whose homes have sold very quickly, or who by personal preference prefer not to have an estate sale at their residence.
Help us help you! Don't throw anything away or make donations prior to your sale. All items in your home have value. Let us assist you with these decisions to ensure the greatest return on your personal property. You would be surprised at what has value and what we can sell. It all adds up!
Advertising and promotion via popular estate sale websites, social media, and our extensive proprietary email list of repeat customers and loyal followers. We are experienced marketers and know how to find the right buyers for your sale.
Preparation, posting and removal of signs that attract and direct customers (and passersby) to the sale. We have quality eye catching signs for easy recognition. We also stay up to date with which cities and communities have signage restrictions or require sale permits. So don't worry, you're in good hands.
Crowd, parking (valet when necessary), and sales control to protect your home and property. From staff to signage, our customers always find their way around with comfort and ease, without disrupting your neighbors.
All major credit cards accepted on-site, as well as Vision gift cards. We make it easy for customers to spend money!
Locked showcases for valuable smalls; and on-site security during public sale days when necessary.
Supervision and arrangements made for pickup and/or professional, insured delivery of large items for customers. We also oversee the shipping of items to out-of-state buyers.
Reliable accounting and reporting of sales results and sales tax collected. A report is provided with your check with all need-to-know sales results including ancillary charges.
Extended sales period at our Marble Cliff showroom for any high-end, unsold property that may take a little extra time to broker.
Optional clean out and donation arrangements offered post-sale, including tax receipts for donated items. We are happy to go the extra mile for our clients to ensure a pleasant and stress-free transition. When you sign our Agreement, we will discuss these options to determine if they are right for you.
